Masterpiece Living Launches New Web Portal for Seniors
Masterpiece Living®....a successful aging initiative. Masterpiece Living is a guide to a personal journey of growth and fulfillment, and the means by which a community becomes a place where older adults not only age well, but age successfully.
Masterpice now knows what's possible...and it has changed everything. When the ten year long MacArthur Foundation Study On Aging published its findings over a decade ago, it changed their view of aging forever, and began a process that has resulted in Masterpiece Living. Knowing that how we age depends more on the choices we make every day; knowing that older adults can indeed continue to grow throughout their lives; and knowing that it's never too late to make a difference in how we age... these were the findings that will keep the Masterpiece Living Team hard at work over the next decade to bring these findings to reality.
The Media Factory(TMF) is honored to be Masterpiece Living's technology partner as they rapidly expand their Spiritual - Intellectual - Physical - Social model for successful aging. What started as a single project to create several online reviews for their residents using TMF's Sensa e-Learning system has grown to include many Web enabled applications including an online application for Masterpiece's Lifestyle Coordinators, a data depot to compare and report on review data across individuals, communities and national norms. TMF also just recently launched a newly deigned Web site design.
TMF continues to collaborate with Masterpiece on new initiatives. On the horizon TMF is working with them to create a Masterpiece Outreach program. In additon, Masterpiece just licensed TMF's Sensa online training suite and the two compaines will soon begin developing online tarining courses.
